Born in Caracas, Venezuela in July 1951, Blanca grew up in Caracas where she enjoyed painting as a hobby throughout her childhood. In 1977, she moved to Birmingham, UK where she studied at the Bournville School of Arts. Back in Caracas, she enrolled in the Cristobal Rojas School of Arts and became a private Arts teacher for children.
Blanca's main work consists of landscapes using acrylics on canvas and acrylics on paper.
