Horacio the Artiste' has been painting over 25 years. He works with several medias. He enjoys painting places he has visited, still-life, whimsical characters. Being Autistic all through his life, Horacio has found a way to focus and express himself through creating beautiful art. His motto is "My Artwork Makes People Happy".
