Kathryn Campbell

Kathryn Campbell's interest in art has been life long. She began winning awards in high school and got her Fine Arts degree from Asbury College, Wilmore Kentucky in 1977. She pursued a career as a graphic artist working for various newspapers, publishing companies, magazines and advertising agencies. When she stopped working to raise her children she began painting in watercolors. In 2006, Kathryn combined all the skills attained over the years to become an Art teacher at Clarke County HIgh School. She taught various classes including Art I, II, lll, Ceramics, International Baccalaureate (IB) Art Standard Level, IB Art Higher Level and Yearbook. Upon retiring in 2018, Kathryn decided to start painting with oil. She loves photography and travel both of which feed her artistic vision.
