Hans Guerin

Hans Guerin, a masterful artist and seasoned instructor, paints his vibrant interpretations of life across diverse genres, encompassing still-life, figures, animals, and pure landscapes. His eclectic portfolio reflects a keen observation of reality, transformed into captivating artworks. Hans employs his craftsmanship not only in his drawings and paintings but also in creating hand-crafted materials, including substrates, ground pigments, and mediums.
Years of dedication and hard work have earned Hans acceptance and accolades from exclusive international and domestic exhibitions. His artwork has graced the pages of major books and magazines, showcasing the profound impact of his unique vision. 
Despite being born into a family with a rich artistic legacy, Hans initially explored art after completing his Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University in 2000. Injecting his passion for knowledge and determination, he immersed himself in his family's Atelier, the Schuler School of Fine Arts. Under a multi-disciplinary approach, Hans learned the interconnectedness of various fine art media and mastered crafting materials from scratch for their execution. Currently serving as a teacher and Assistant Director at the Schuler School, Hans extends the qualities instilled in him, blending traditional teachings with innovative experiments in artistic expression and technique. Hans is a master instructor having achieved his M.Ed in Adult Learning and Training in 2023.
