Dan Soper is a freelance artist that lives in Berkeley County, West Virginia. He works in watercolor and oil primarily capturing fish species, landscapes around us and National Park scenes. Dan has been painting for over 30 years mostly in commission pieces. He received a BA in Studio Art concentrating in watercolor from Virginia Tech in 1992. He is a member of the Berkeley County Arts Council where he has gallery space and volunteers monthly to keep the gallery staffed.
